Attendance Policy

Failure to Attend Policy

Practice and NHS Area team policy states that if a patient failed to attend 2 appointments within a 12 month period. 

We urge patients to call the practice at least 24 hours before their appointment time to cancel their appointment. 

We appreciate there may be circumstances that may arise at short notice, please do call the practice to cancel so it can be noted as another reason for cancellation rather than a failure to attend. 

Registration Policy

To continue to be a registered patient at Boutique Dental 23 regular attendance is required. If you do not attend the practice for 48 months your registration will have lapsed and you will be deregistered.
