Porcelain Veneers
Restore your Perfect Smile with Beautiful Porcelain Veneers
What are Porcelain Veneers?
Porcelain veneers are thin, porcelain shells that are hand-made specifically to fit comfortably onto your existing teeth. The wafer-thin material is designed to look and feel as natural as possible, and can be personalised to mirror the size, shape, and shade of your teeth to achieve a polished & perfect smile.
Veneers can be used to fix one tooth or can be used across the entire mouth, depending on your individual needs and preferences.
Porcelain veneers can be used by anyone wishing to:
- Close gaps between teeth
- Alter tooth shape, colour, and appearance
- Help fix the appearance of chipped or broken teeth
- Help with misaligned teeth
- Alter the appearance of gummy smiles or irregularly shaped teeth
Benefits of Porcelain Veneers
Many of us are self-conscious about our smiles yet are reluctant or unable to take the plunge into expensive and extensive dentistry work. Porcelain veneers are the perfect solution to help boost your confidence and show off your sparkling, natural smile.
Porcelain veneers are incredibly strong and durable, fitted with minimal preparation of your existing teeth in most circumstances, and provide you with long-term results.
Expertly crafted to blend seamlessly into your natural smile, porcelain veneers require minimal maintenance and, unlike other dental procedures such as crowning, require a minimum tooth reduction.
Boutique Dental 23 is able to provide same-day veneers using CEREC.

The Porcelain Veneers Process Explained
The Consultation
During your free consultation, one of our expert dentists will talk to you about your individual concerns and how porcelain veneers can help. They will discuss the treatment options and confirm your eligibility for the treatment, and at this stage will discuss pricing options and the cost of the treatment.
Consultation appointments generally last around 15-30 minutes.
The Examination
During your examination appointment, your dentist will look at the current state of your teeth, taking photos, X-rays and digital scans or a dental impression of your teeth to ensure your veneers are expertly crafted to perfectly fit your existing teeth. A personalised record will be created along with a tailored treatment plan.
Examination appointments typically last around 30-40 minutes.
The Porcelain Veneers
Before we can fit your new porcelain veneers to your teeth, a very thin layer of enamel is removed from the front of the teeth. This allows for the veneers to fit snugly against your natural teeth and helps to bond the porcelain by creating a rougher surface.
Your dentist will then apply a thin layer of dental adhesive to your teeth, on top of which your veneers are placed.
With proper care, your porcelain veneers can last for years, giving you the confidence to keep on smiling.
